Chela Noto is a mixed media artist living in the Santa Cruz Mountains halfway between Santa Cruz and Los Gatos, CA.  She works in encaustic, resin and monotype printing.  Her works have been exhibited locally.  Works are currently offered by the artist.  Prices on available items are listed, shipping and handling not included. She is also accepting encaustic and monotype commissions.
